Ready to boost your well-being, independence, skills & confidence? Let us guide you to better mental health
Counselling support for NDIS participants
Our NDIS psychologist therapists are committed to supporting your journey towards improved disability management. We deliver impactful mental health care to adults, adolescents and children, empowering them to achieve a resilient, healthy mind.
We support NDIS participants in managing depression and anxiety, setting goals, boosting confidence, enhancing social connections, managing emotions, improving relationships, and entering the workforce.
We aim to pair you with the most suitable psychologist to ensure the best possible therapy outcomes.
We help plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients with review letters for plan renewals, cognitive, functional, and diagnostic assessments, and attend case meetings and school observations as needed.
Our approach
We believe in a holistic, client-centred approach. This means working closely with you and your entire support network – including GPs, specialists, support workers, and family members – to ensure you receive personalised, consistent, and effective care.
About our therapeutic supports
Therapeutic supports fall under the Improved Daily Living category within the Capacity Building support area. If your NDIS plan includes this funding, you can use it for therapy, assessments, and training aimed at enhancing your daily living skills, independence, and community participation.
How we support NDIS plan managed clients:
If you’re currently under agency management and are considering transitioning to plan management, the process is simple. Just request plan management inclusion during the planning phase or seek a review to integrate Improved Life Choices into your plan. For more information, visit the NDIS website.
How we support NDIS self-managed clients:
If you are currently under plan management or agency management and are contemplating self-management, we encourage you to discuss your options with your Local Area Coordinator or Planner. For more information, visit the NDIS website.
