Arathi AnamalaiChandra Shekhar Pandey
Arathi is much loved among her colleagues as a well sought-after clinician. For those suffering with trauma; attachment trauma and the many aspects of recovery associated, Arathi is a wonderful facilitator of well-being and recovery.
Arathi works with children, adolescents, young adults and adults of all ages utilising Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based modalities. She particularly enjoys bringing practical tools to the work being done in therapy so that what happens in session can continue out of session. She is also an accredited Child centred Play therapist assisting children to play out, literally/metaphorically, their inner and real-life experiences in a way that builds insight and capacity. Play therapy allows children to express, regulate, communicate, practice and master new skills as well as their emotional responses.Available: Wed & Thurs & Fri & Sat
